Will it sound overly romantic or cheesy?
Only if that is genuinely your style. The tone can be restrained, conversational, playful, deeply romantic, or a mixture that reflects the relationship.
Can you work from very few details?
Yes, but specific memories usually make a letter more believable and personal. Anton may ask a careful follow-up question before confirming the work.
Can the letter be in Russian?
